Narrative

An employee was climbing a ladder that had been placed on a cable strand. The ladder started to slide on the sloping strand until its strand hook caught, flipping the ladder over and causing the employee to fall to the concrete ground. The employee suffered a broken collarbone, broken ribs, a bruised lung, and a lacerated liver.
