Narrative

An employee was grabbing and loading boards off a conveyor and onto a cart. After loading a board onto the cart, the employee turned to grab another board when their right hand was caught between a pusher piece on the conveyor and the metal frame of the conveyor, resulting in a surgical amputation of their index fingertip.
