Narrative

An employee was moving eight pieces of 3x3x1-foot and 4-foot-by-24-inch tubing material with a crane and setting it on the conveyor for cutting staging. When he removed the chain sling, three pieces of tubing fell off the rollers, hitting him in the lower left leg and causing a compound fracture.
