Narrative

An employee went to stack cases on a dolly. He proceeded to exit the truck walking backward. The truck's lift gate had not been lifted; the employee stepped off the back of the truck and fell to the ground and the stack of product fell on him. The employee sustained a fractured T-12 vertebra.
