On February 10, 2022, an employee was working in the receiving area of a storeroom. The employee went to open a heavy-duty double door and propped both doors open with a doorstop to prepare to move cardboard bales outside. After the employee opened the second door, the hinges closed on her left index fingertip, resulting in an amputation.
