Narrative

On February 10, 2022, at approximately 12:32 a.m., an employee was on break when they were struck from behind by two loaded dunnage racks being transported by a forklift. The injured employee was dragged about 5 feet resulting in fractures and a laceration to lower left leg. The employee was hospitalized.
