Narrative

On February 14, 2022, an employee was using an upright pallet jack to pick products in a warehouse. While making a left turn, the pallet jack struck a pallet full of products, causing his right ankle to become caught between the pallet jack and the pallet. The employee was hospitalized with a broken right ankle.
