An employee was climbing a 32-foot ladder to inspect a house's gutter line. The ladder's feet slipped on icy ground, and the ladder slid down the side of the house and came to rest about 10 feet from the ground. The employee fell to the ground and suffered a concussion, along with swelling and bruising of his shoulder and back. He was hospitalized.
