Narrative

At 8:00 a.m. on March 7, 2022, a warehouse employee was guiding a forklift driver. The forklift lifted up a pallet and set it down again on a stack of pallets to straighten it. It came down on the employee's right hand, causing the amputation of the ring fingertip.
