An employee was moving a 450-pound sandblasting pot out of a work van. The pot went out of control as it was being maneuvered to the ground and pulled the employee down with it. The employee's face struck the pot and their right hand was caught between the handle of the pot and the ground. The employee suffered three crushed fingers.
