Narrative

Two employees were cutting a steel beam with an electric saw. The support of the beam broke and the employees fell, along with the steel beam structure, 15 feet to the floor. The employees were hospitalized. Employee 1 suffered a skull fracture and Employee 2 suffered other injuries.
