Narrative

An employee was trying to unclog an auger when the auger shaft caught his jacket and pulled in his right arm. The jacket wrapped around the shaft and caused severe damage to the employee's right arm. The employee was hospitalized, and the arm was medically amputated between the elbow and the shoulder.
