Narrative

An employee was working at a laminator machine. As the employee applied a flag to a damaged area of the laminate that was being made, his left hand was pulled into a set of powered metal rollers about 4 inches in diameter and 5 feet wide. He suffered an amputation to the middle fingertip at the first knuckle, as well as loss of nails on several other fingers and severe tissue damage.
