Narrative

An employee was oiling a chain on a press machine. The employee noticed an oil drip and reached over with a rag to wipe up the oil. The chain caught the rag and pulled in the employee's hand, causing a degloving and fracture to one of the employee's fingertips. The fingertip was medically amputated.
