Narrative

An employee was spotting for a forklift as wooden 2-by-4's were stacked into a stand. The tip of a fork contacted a 2-by-4, causing it to shear off above a stake pocket and strike the employee in the head. The employee suffered a broken neck vertebra and was hospitalized.
