Narrative

An employee was trying to repair a standing lift truck/material handler, supported on jack stands, by removing a sheared-off threaded rod with vise grips in his hands. The forks shifted off the jack stands and fell onto his right hand, puncturing it between the ring and little fingers. He was hospitalized and underwent surgery.
