Narrative

A contractor was operating an overhead crane in a bay. The crane malfunctioned, causing it to travel forward at full speed and strike the crane stops on the overhead rails. One of the crane stops flew into an adjacent bay and struck an employee. The injured employee was hospitalized with fractures to the skull and ribs.
