Narrative

On 4/05/2022, at about 11:30 AM, an employee of Tirone Electric, Inc. was speaking to an employee of another company on the loading dock at the other company's worksite. The employee of Tirone Electric, Inc. was struck by the rear of a reversing freight truck and was pinned to a wall, resulting in broken ribs and multiple lacerations to the torso and arms.
