Narrative

On April 13, 2022, at around 1:00PM, an employee was on the incline feed belt of the conveyor sorting belt to remove a clog. The employee slipped when standing up and fell 16 feet to the concrete floor below, fracturing both wrists. The employee was hospitalized.
