An employee was unloading empty pallets out of his trailer using a pallet jack. A contracted employee was on a nearby dock, stacking pallets using a forklift. The injured employee was standing with his back facing the dock when the contracted employee backed up their forklift and contacted the employee's foot, resulting in foot injuries.
