Narrative

Three iron workers were removing the choker and cables from a knuckle boom carrying hollow structural section steel tubing. One of the employees was turning around when the steel tipped over and fell on his left leg. His lower left leg was broken above the ankle and he was hospitalized, undergoing surgery.
