Narrative

An employee was moving a swing stage in an air plenum. The employee had just raised the swing stage to pass over a divider. The employee stood on an angle brace to push the pendant over. The employee then jumped down and their feet got caught in a floor vent causing them to fall backward and fracture both legs.
