On May 25, 2022, an employee was assisting with the installation of sheetrock. While pushing down on sheetrock, the employee lost their balance and fell from a ladder. The employee grabbed the metal studs during the fall, resulting in lacerations to their right middle and ring fingers. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
