An employee was using a standup forklift to unload a truck with two pallets of material. The employee stepped out of the rear of the forklift to check for something on the truck when their left foot got caught between the truck, dock plate, and lift. The employee suffered crush injuries to the top of their foot and their heel that required hospitalization.
