An employee was driving an empty lift through an aisle when it collided with another lift head-on. A pallet of supplies on the second lift broke; pieces of it, and some of the supplies on it, fell into the employee's cab and hit the employee's lower left leg. The leg was broken and the employee was hospitalized.
