Narrative

An employee was acting as a spotter to watch cable flowing through a bull wheel. He grabbed the cable to ensure that it was taut in the cradle of the wheel, and his fingers went into the wheel. He suffered an injury to his right middle finger and his left ring and little fingers were amputated.
