Narrative

An employee was using a machine to cut various boards for truss orders. The boards on the infeed conveyor decks were out of sequence. The employee was correcting the sequence from the back of the smaller conveyor deck when the conveyor caught his shirt and the infeed table drive shaft lacerated his abdomen.
