Narrative

On August 5, 2022, an employee was driving a pickup truck carrying generator batteries. After braking, the load in the back of the truck shifted and the driver pulled over on the side of the road to reposition the load. A slat broke as he pulled on a pallet and he fell from the back of the truck. His head struck the pavement and he sustained a skull fracture, a thoracic vertebra fracture, and brain hemorrhaging.
