Narrative

An employee was using a portable 4-foot step ladder to climb down from a plexiglass tank after cleaning it. He fell off the top step of the ladder, landing on the ground on his right side. He suffered fractures to the pelvis, right side ribs, and elbow, as well as pain in the right leg.
