A prospective employee started moving a stand-up reach forklift to show his proficiency. The wheels were previously turned upon parking. When the forklift moved it struck two employees. Employee 1 sustained injury requiring first aid only. Employee 2 was pinned under the forklift's wheels and sustained a compound fracture to the right leg requiring hospitalization.
