Narrative

An employee was installing 12-by-12-foot aluminum hydraulic shoring in a bore pit. The employee was holding onto the shore pump holes when the shoring shifted downward, pulling the employee off balance and causing him to fall into the bore pit. The employee suffered five fractured ribs.
