Narrative

An employee was walking down the hall when a co-worker spoke to her from behind. The employee turned her head to the left to acknowledge the co-worker when her toe caught on the floor. She lost her balance and took a few steps forward, trying to catch herself. The employee fell into the wall and hit her head, resulting in a headache and subarachnoid hematoma.
