Narrative

An employee was walking up the stairs at a bromine loading/unloading area. A thermal expansion rupture disc failed in a chlorine dock area, about 70 yards away. The employee inhaled chlorine gas, suffered lung irritation and low blood oxygen, and was hospitalized.
