Narrative

An employee was dismounting a standup counterbalance forklift when it turned slightly toward a rack and struck a steel beam. The tips of the employee's left little and ring fingers were pinched between the forklift and the rack. He was hospitalized and the tip of his ring finger was medically amputated.
