Narrative

An employee was using a chisel to dislodge a piece of wood from a feller buncher saw head. The employee lost control of the chisel, and due to the pressure of the wood that was stuck in the saw head, the chisel was propelled into the employee's neck. The employee was hospitalized with neck trauma.
