Narrative

An employee was disassembling a blower line. When the employee removed bolts to separate a portion suspended by a crane from the ground-mounted portion, the ground-mounted portion settled and crushed a finger on the employee's left hand against the guard rail of a scissor lift. The employee suffered an amputation to the fingertip.
