Narrative

An employee was sliding a pallet for an electrical panel off a balcony. His foot became caught in the rigging or strap of the pallet, which pulled him from the balcony. He fell 13 feet and suffered a bruised lung and a ruptured spleen and kidney. He was hospitalized. There was no guarding on the balcony at the time of the incident.
