An employee was laying decking on the third level of a school that was under construction when they stepped onto a section that was not secured. The employee fell to the second-level concrete floor and the decking landed on top of him. He sustained fractures to his right femur, ankle, and wrist and lacerations to his left hand, hip, and nose.
