Narrative

On September 21, 2022, an employee got off an aerial lift and onto the roof of a two-story house to blow off leaves using gas-powered leaf blower. The employee slipped, grabbed onto the gutter, and then fell approximately 28-30 feet onto a flower bed, resulting in a fractured sacrum and a laceration to his chin. The employee was hospitalized.
