An employee was walking alongside a burned-out truck that was being moved into a yard by a tow truck. The employee's right foot passed in front of the driver's side tire rim, and the tire ran over the employee's steel-toed footwear. The employee suffered a lacerated little toe, a broken middle toe, and another laceration.
