Narrative

On September 26, 2022, at approximately 7:30 a.m., an employee of Pat and Son Towing was assembling a 14-foot by 2-foot trench box to be delivered offsite. Their left index finger was caught between a spreader bar and the wall of the trench box and was partially amputated.
