Narrative

An employee was lighting puddles of alcohol with a lighter. A previous puddle was still burning when the employee poured more, allowing the flame to travel up the stream and ignite the canister. Employees sustained burns across their bodies (ranging from second- to third-degree) and were hospitalized.
