Narrative

An employee was using a hydraulic press to make a polymer product. The employee needed to flip an 80-to-100-pound cylindrical mold end over end; as he was lifting it, it slipped and caught his finger against the bottom of the hydraulic press platform. The finger was crushed and required surgery.
