Employees of Top Dog Industries were working on the catch basins for some pipes, extracting water to clean it. A 4-inch water pump had been running all day and ran out of gasoline. An employee was adding gasoline to the pump when the gasoline splashed on the motor and ignited. The employee sustained second degree burns to his left arm.
