Narrative

An employee was starting a yard truck by touching a screwdriver to the solenoid. When the yard truck started, it lunged forward causing the employee to fall off to the side. The wheels of the yard truck ran over the employee resulting in fractures to the ribs, a vertebra, and a toe.
