Narrative

On July 19, 2022, an employee was walking to a buggy after finishing a concrete pour. Wind kicked up and blew debris into the employee's eye, which became irritated. On October 21, 2022, an employee was drilling a hole through a cabinet door to place a knob. The drill punctured the employee's palm.
