Narrative

An employee was working on a personal project during their break. The employee was cutting a piece of wood on a table saw. The saw jammed and the wood kicked back toward the employee's left hand causing their hand to contact the saw blade. The employee sustained a left index finger laceration and a left middle fingertip amputation.
