An employee was installing cables to run behind the breaker controls in the main electrical room. The employee was standing on the third rung of a 6-foot A-frame ladder. As the employee was pushing a cable behind the panel, the ladder tipped, causing the employee to fall approximately 3 feet to the floor. The employee landed on their left hand and suffered a fractured wrist. The employee was hospitalized.
