Narrative

On October 31, 2022, an employee was operating a scissor lift to frame a firewall in the auditorium of a new school. The employee stepped from the lift onto the masonry wall and lost his balance, causing the employee to fall approximately 18 feet to the floor. The employee was hospitalized for a broken nose, laceration to the right ear, broken ribs, and injury to his liver.
