Narrative

On November 16, 2022, an employee was preparing to use a hydro-jetting machine that was frozen. The employee removed the nozzle and placed the hose on the floor to begin unblocking the hose. Upon turning on the machine, a pressure buildup in the hose released and the hose struck the employee's face. He sustained facial fractures and was hospitalized.
